I have an older iPad I tested with that is running iOS 8.4 and I was able to apply the test blueprint with the different test wifi profiles successfully. I'm assuming it might have something to do with iOS 11. I've used different usernames and passwords (that I know work on other devices manually) without success. I've created test blueprints with new test wireless profiles and each have the same problem. Removing the wireless profile from the device and connecting to the wireless network manually works with the same credentials. Either the prepared iPad indicates there is no Internet connection on the wireless network we're connecting to, or it indicates the password is incorrect. Since about two to three weeks ago (maybe since the release of iOS 11?), the wi-fi profile no longer works correctly. Typically users would have to trust a certificate from one of our domain controllers when connecting to the wi-fi, but everything always worked fine. Just WPA/WPA2 Enterprise along with PEAP, a username and a password. Nothing super fancy, just some apps and a wi-fi profile.
